John brings decades of hands-on experience and a sharp, solutions-oriented mindset to every project. He’s also known for his sense of humor and straightforward way of explaining things. When asked, he’ll often say, “I’ll put asphalt on your ceiling if you tell me to.” It’s a joke — but it also reflects the team’s willingness to take on complex challenges, execute to the customer's vision, and fully understand the scope of a job before ever getting started.

Together, John and Jack approach every job with intention — thinking carefully through systems, sequencing, and long-term performance.
